Jury: John Blanton, John Halcombe, Brett Randolph, Jacob Price, John Dupuy, Charles Allen, Benjamin Allen, William Womack Sr., Dudley Barksdale, WILLIAM BREEDLOVE, John Richards & George Moore. Jury ruled the bill had been paid.
