BREEDLOVE, William Smith & Elizabeth his wife which said William Smith is adminstrator of MADISON BREEDLOVE deceased, Augustine Lanford and Nancy his wife, ELLIOT B. BREEDLOVE, ABSOLOM BREELOVE and JANE BREEDLOVE, Defendants It appearing to the Court that the Complainant is not an Inhabitant of this State, It is thereupon ordered by the court that this cause shall stand dismissed unless Security for the payment of the fees which may become due to the offices of the Court be given with the October Court or within sixty days from the date thereof. COURT, DECEMBER, 1816 JANE BREEDLOVE orphan of MADISON BREEDLOVE deceased comes into Court and makes choice of Eben Cleveland as her guardian who therefore gives bond and security accordingly.
