My husbands family has puffy and somewhat large noses. I've noticed in photos of his Ggrandfather around the age of 80 his noses was very bumpy and discolored. Also.... the size had doubled. My husbands Greatuncles were the same way all affecting the nose. One of these uncles is going thru treatment of gland cancer, and I've noticed his nose has cleared up totaly. Suzie
