Hi, My name is Erik Warwick-White and I am now researching my maternal line, having successfully managed to trace my paternal one back to circa 1630, (over many years!). BRAY Eva Violet Alice born 29th October 1909, died 27th October 1995, was my mother. BRAY William Frederick Born circa1876/7 in Winterslow, Wiltshire England was my grandfather and was always known as Fred. He died in Little Durnford Salisbury Wiltshire in 1958. He had several siblings. The ones I know of are BRAY Agnes born 1870s married name FISHER BRAY Percy born 1870s BRAY female, initial C married name YEATES I believe there were several other siblings, but I do not know their names. My mother told me many years ago that my grandfather's mother was widowed very young and had several children under 12 to support with no husband. My grandfather was head gardener on the Little Durnford estate, near Salisbury for all his married life. His wife was WHITE Alice Ellen, always known as Nell or Nellie. She died in 1950. Tracing any of these families prior to these people is proving difficult and if anyone out there has any information on any of the above, their forebears or descendants, I would love to hear from you, and I am looking for any relatives world-wide.
