Looking for the parents of William Monroe Bray, b. about 1879 in Scottsboro, AL. Moved to AR and lived in either or both Woodruff and Prairie Counties. He then moved to Memphis, TN with his wife Maude Leoya Neill, b. 1879 in TN. They were married in Prairie Co., AR in 1901. Any leads at all would help.
