    2. In reference to the John from the mortality schedule that died in Victoria Co.: you might not be aware that there was an entire company of KY Union forces that was mustered out at Victoria TX. You can get the information in the REPORT TO THE ADJUTANT GENERAL, available in most libraries that have Civil War info. I forget the date they were mustered out, but if John died in 1860, there is a *posibility* that he had just arrived with his company. Just a thought. Nancy
