Seeking information regarding Horace Bray (born around 1823). He listed his place of birth as New York in the 1850 census and as Connecticut in the 1860 census. He married "Anna" (or "Emma"), a woman from Canada, probably in the late 1840's. By 1850, they were located in Revenna County, Ohio. By 1860, they lived in Huntington, Lorain County, Ohio. They had 4 children that I know of: Emily Bray (b. 1852), Alfred Francis ("Frank") (b. 1853), Hattie Bray (b. 1856), and George Bray (b.1859). Horace listed his occupation variously as "shoemaker" and "ambrotypist". Any information on Horace, his parents or children would be of great help. His son, Alfred Francis Bray, was my G-Grandfather.
