Does anyone have any info. on Fredrick Bulardt and Sharlotta Bray? They were both born in Prussia and came to PA and then to OR. I would like to know where in Prussia they were born, who their parents were, and where and when they got married? After they came to the United States, they changed their last name to Bullard, and Sharlotta changed her name to Charlotte. I was told that they were both mercenaries when they lived in Prussia, and that they had to get a letter from Prince Phillip of Prussia stating that they could leave Prussia.
