Please tell me more about this Elizabeth Bray and her parents, particular her father's will. Were there any other children named in her father's will? I am from the line of a Henry Bray b. abt 1727 in Washington Co. MD who married Catherine ? abt 1753 in Washington Co. MD. My Henry died in June or July 1799 in Nelson Co. KY. and I have a copy of his will which was probated 9 July, 1799. The Henry Bray I am referring to was in Orange Co later Chatham Co NC he died I believe in 1790 he mentions son Edward , son Henry , daughter Elizabeth Poe ,and other children his will is found I believe on the chatham co NC genweb site ,look there if not there let me know and I will dig through my records for it. he had several daughters mentioned one married a Johnson , one a Ramseur , and I believe a Jones I am going by memory and since I am concerned with only Elizabeth I forget the details . many folks on this site have much information re Henry he is the progenitor of a large amt of Brays .
