    3. Hi Carrie, This sounds like a descendant of Paul Bratton who died in Hardin County, Tennessee in 1858. He had some grandsons and great-grandsons named William H. and Harvey. Have you checked the 1900 census for your William H. Bratton who was born in 1882? He probably was still in his parents household. Do you have a death certificate for him? Since he died after 1914 it would name his parents. Good luck. Jerry W.
