John Marshall Bratton Jr. was my great grandfather. I am from the line of his 1st wife Susan Sledge. My Grandfather was William Thadeous Bratton. If this is your husbands line I may have a little additional infomation. Not much. I have always heard that there is Indian blood in the family but have not found it yet. Have you heard this.
