I am searching for my Great grandfather's family, maybe I can find some connect somewhere, right now I am at a stand still. My great grandfather was James M Bratton born May of 1872, he died 1903..In the Lake Co census of Tn he stated that his parents were both born in Tn??? Where I do not know, I have no information on his birth. I have searched the Family Search with nothing showing for him.. So if you have any information on Bratton's I would be interested. Maybe one of the leads will connect to our family. I know that he married in Lake Co, Tn in 1896 to Gussie Curry, in 1901 he had a daughter Birtrue Bell and my grandfather was born after his death in 1904 in Tiptonville, Tn So I am looking for connecting to a Bratton family somewhere in Tn???
