Whittemore performed ceremony. 2-Petitioned for Intermarriage rights in Choctaw Indian Nation. 3-Granted enrollment as a citizen by intermarriage with Leath A Rowe--25 Jul 1903 by Dept. of Interior. Mote Died: 17 Aug 1903; Buried: Star Cemetery, Skullyville, I.T. 1900-Indian Population: Mote, Leath A, age 35 and Charlie Rowe age 8 lived in IT, Choctaw Nation with James R. Mote. age 66.
