HI all, There were 5 Zadocks at about the same time, all in the Choctaw area. Only one was purely while, but he married a Choctaw and was a Choctaw head of household. There are also Zadocks in Maryland, fifth cousins or so of that one(s) in Choctaw country. Don't get them confused. This is all clearly documented in Vol. 5 of A BRASHEAR(S) FAMILY HISTORY; TWO BRASHEARS FAMILIES OF LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND THEIR CHOCTAW DESCENDANTS, 682 pages. It's one vol of 9 and the family, Most of them published on a print-on-demand basis; so all of them are presently still available.
