In 1890, when he applied for his Civil War Pension, he listed the following living children: John T, Martha Elizabeth, Rosa Lee, and Edward Elbert. These are the same children listed on the 1880 Obion Co Census, with the exception of Stephen, who it would appear died prior to 1890. Good try and I wish you the best in your researching Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I am trying to find him in 1880 census. They seem to have vanished. I have found reports that he was in Calhoun County, Arkansas but the P.B. Brashears in that county is also there in prior years and can not be the same family unles he was counted in two states in 1870. There was a lot of Broshears in Warrick County, Indiana. They are a challenge to sort out. Thank You Susie Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
