Item 1st - My will and desire is that all my just debts shall be first paid out of my estate. Item 2nd - I leave unto my dear and beloved wife Tabitha all my real and personal estate of every kind during her natural life except it be such spacific legals here after to be mentioned. Item 3rd - i give unto my daughter Elizabeth BRANSOM one Negro Girl by the name of Tommis(?) to my said daughter of her heirs forever. Item 4th - I give unto my son Archis BRANSOM one Sorrel horse which is now in my ---? Item 5th - My will and desire is that out of my estate that there should be a good horse rais for each of my sons viz: Silas & Stephen which they may recieve when they become of age which said horses they are to have in addition to what I shall hereafter give them. Item 6th - My will and desire is that there be paid to my sister Martha RAMSEY the sum of thirty dollors with interest from the year 1807 until paid it being for money she lent me. Item 7th - My will and desire is that at the death of my dear wife that all the estate which then shall be on hand that I have now --- here with the increase of any may be sold by my Executors hereafter named on a ---- of twelve months, mean the real as well as the personal estate and that the monies arising from sold estate may be equally devided between my six children Viz: john, Archer (Arches ? - name was Archibald)) , Obediah, Elizabeth, Silas and Stephen or to their legal heirs. Item 8th - My desires as there is and ---? as between George Clist? & myself that the same may be settled with him --? being intitled to one third part if the tobacca made by him for me in the year 1807 and he also is intitled to one thousand lbs of tobacca which I was to give him for his c---? of which that year the tobacca being sold by A Bernard and Joseph Mayo the quiality and price may be asertained by them and my price is that the not (sic) proceed theres (sic) may be paid to the said Clist. Item 9th - Finall i do appoint my wife Tabitha and my friend Allen Bernard Executive and executors of this my last will.
