This book was written in 1936 and all the info may not be 100% correct and has obvious holes (or missing facts). As we all know there is no substitute for your own research and the obtaining of actual records. Books written by others are just guides to give leads were trails might have otherwise grown cold. The father of these men is Thomas Branson son of # 1 Thomas Branson who may have arrived in 1700 or thereabouts. The first Thomas Branson married Elizabeth Day probably in New Jersey. The second Thomas Branson who fathered Eli and Levi married Rebecca Borden. anne
