Her is an Entry I have in My book on a Levi Branson. There is a book of the Branson Family in the Congressional Library at Washington D.C., which states that Thomas Branson came from England about 1700. He had 2 sons, Levi and Eli. Levi was born in 1732, lived near Ashboro, North Carolina. His children were Thomas, Joseph, Henry, Eli, Abner, Lydia, Rebecca, and Mary. Henry Married a Miss Cox; Levi married Grace Fruit. Abner and Eli both single. Rebecca Married Thomas Pugh. Mary never married.
I believe some of the info is not correct. The father of Eli and Levi is not the first Thomas Branson. The father of these men is Thomas Branson son of # 1 Thomas Branson who may have arrived in 1700 or thereabouts. The first Thomas Branson married Elizabeth Day probably in New Jersey. The second Thomas Branson who fathered Eli and Levi married Rebecca Borden. anne > Her is an Entry I have in My book on a Levi Branson. > > There is a book of the Branson Family in the Congressional Library at > Washington D.C., which states that Thomas Branson came from England about > 1700.
