I found a mention that Thomas along with John, Hannah, Jane, Elizabeth, and Lionel witnessed the marriage of Robert Painter b. 1/21/1738 to Eunice Osmond, dau of John and Martha on 12/16/1761 at Crooked Run Quaker Meeting House. This was from Pioneers of Old Frederick Co, Virginia by Cecil O' Dell. In 1753 Alexander Oglesby bought land at Crooked Run from Thomas. In 1782, both Thomas and Jarret appear on the Montgomery Co., Virginia tax list. So, I'm thinking that perhaps Jarret was born in Frederick Co. prob at Crooked Run
