These are my 5ggp (I descend through their son Liner Willis). I'm still looking for something concrete to say Armistead BRANSON and/or Baylos/Bayliss/Balos BRANSON are 1) brothers and/or 2) sons of Amos & Hannah (and if not, who are their parents?). Armistead has been listed with Hannah. Baylis m. Anne TIMMONS - sister of Liner's wife Sarah "Sally" TIMMONS (both daughters of George TIMMONS & Rose ASHBY). The TIMMONS have been very well documented through Frank Corum's book "Capt. George Timmons Fact & Fiction" 1990. Frank does not list either Baylos or Armistead as children of Amos & Hannah. Armistead is listed in the 1850 Hopkins Co., Census with wife Mary and children. He states was b. KY. abt. 1798 so he's connected to our BRANSONS somehow.
