In the meantine, is there anyhthing you can tell me about your grandfather... in terms of his life or personality? His brothers were involved in the Civil War on the Union side. Was he a part of that? His brother Galba was also a founding member of the Baldknobbers. Did he participate in that? What kind of farm did he have in Republic? Anything you can tell me about his life or his temperament would be nice, because I really have less information about him than anyone else in my paternal line.
