His father was Joseph Branson and mother was Elizabeth Ashton. My Grandfather was a Phila. Fireman and they lived in the Frankford section of Phila. To be exact on Orthodox Street. I have been told they were of Quaker origon. Joseph was born in 1895. I have no idea if there were any siblings on his side though my Grandmother had a brother Granville Ashton. I have no info on the Branson side for many reasons. Family fueds.It would be interesting if there is a connection. Charlie Branson
