His name was Charles Bernard Brannigan and he was born in Peabody, MA on July 23, 1914. His father, Bernard was born in Ireland in 1866 or 1872 and he married Mary Frances Thorp (born in 1870), they re-located to Peabody, Massachusetts. Any information would be helpful ! Kim
