hello everyone i found my gr,gr,grandparents on a ship's list!! yahoo!! SS Indiana landed in Phila PA March 29,1881 PATRICK BRANIGAN age 45 laborer Ireland to US CATHARINE age 40 ANN age 14 (mine) CATHARINE age 11 MARY age 9 ELLEN age 7 MARGARET age 6 SARAH age 4 DANIEL age 2 now on 50% of documents the name is spelled BRENNAN (i have no idea how they got Brennan out of Branigan) also on the 1900 PA census it lists CATHARINE as a widow. the only down side is there is no port where they embarked. but apparently this ship went frpm Liverpool > Cork > Phila. and since they were from County Tyrone someo said they probably left from Liverpool. so of anything sounds familar please contact me. thank you kathy list "mom" for; [email protected] [email protected] my family tree:http://community.webtv.net/kathy556/DoughertyGordonBaer
