Anne, this William Bradshaw (b. ca. 1747) is the subject of my Bradshaw web site at <http://www.geocities.com/~arslanm/bradshaw/bradshaw.html>. As of yet, nobody has found a place for him in the Bradshaw families of Virginia, unfortunately. My guess is that this William might be a son of John Bradshaw and Anne Hamblin's son William Bradshaw, who was born 9 Jun 1719 in Bristol Parish, Prince George Co., VA. I wish I could prove it (or someone else could prove otherwise). That would make him a 1st-cousin to the other William Bradshaw who married in Amelia Co., VA in 1783 to Mary Kirkland. William Bradshaw (b. ca. 1747) married Susannah Hutcheson. Their son Charles Bradshaw married Hannah Bates in Franklin Co., VA on 11 Mar 1790.
