Robert Lee BRADSHAW was my grandfather's older brother. Their parents were Louis Madison and Ann Caroline (TONEY) BRADSHAW. I have lots of information on their descendants and would like to share information with others who are descended from Louis and Ann Caroline.

Hi David, I really don't know for sure where they came from originally. My mother (who is 101 years old) has a straight razor that she said belonged to her father (William Walter Bradshaw). She said that the razor was passed down through the family and that it originally came over from England with her great-great-grandfather but she didn't know his name or where in England he came from. The only thing I am positive about is that my grandfather's father's name was Louis Madison Bradshaw and his father's name was John. Louis Madison was born in Tennessee, married in Alabama (where all his children were born) and then all of his family (including married children with their families) moved to north Texas in the late 1880's where Louis Madison and his wife died and are buried north of Dallas, TX. Wish I could give you more information. It's not impossible they came from that area of England but I just don't know. If you find a connection I would appreciate you letting me know.
