    1. [BRADSHAW-L]Samuel and Sallie Bradshaw
    2. I am looking for any information on Samuel Bradshaw and wife, Sallie Rhoades Bradshaw. They lived in Tishomingo, Ms about 1820s. Sallie Rhoades Bradshaw was either half of full blood Choctaw Indian. They had three children: Elisha b 1810 William M. b 2 Oct 1812 Tenn Rebecca b? I have gotten this information from the testimony of the application of William Henry Bradshaw, son of William M., to the Department of Interior, Commission to the Five Civilized Tribes. A large group of the family was applying for their Indian rights. Sallie Rhoades Bradshaw took lands in Ms rather than go with the tribe to OK after the treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek in 1830. The family lived in Tishomingo, Ms and later in Newton County. During the Newton County stay, Sallie left her husband and rode off behind a man on a horse. We do not know if this is a relative of Sallie or her lover. My descendant, William M. Bradshaw, later lived in Ala and Ark and his children migrated into Texas and lived in Red Rock, Bastrop County, Texas. Any help would be appreciated as I am only a beginning researcher.
