According to their daughter's death certificate they were from Alabama as well. They had the following children: Elizabeth, Martha Ann, Rhoda, George, William, and James. The children were all born in Alabama between 1844 & 1865. They lived in 1860 in Big Coon, Jackson Co., then in 1870 were in Scottsboro, Jackson Co., Alabama.
