Hi! I've seen your message posted regarding Mary Bradshaw wife of Joel. I too have a Joel Bradshaw married to Mary Gainer. Joel was born in Bucks Co., Penns about 1858. The emigrated to Canada in 1797. Mary had been previously married and had a son Jacob and a daughter Elizabeth. She had 4 children with Joel - Israel, Sarah, David and Gilbert. Joel died about 1828 in Upper Canada. Some of the children later emigrated to the U.S. with their mother, Mary. I don't know if any of this fits in with your family research but I'm hoping it may. I have the same info plus a letter from Joel to his brother David about a trip he was on. Do you have the first name of her first husband. This family is a branch of my wife's line.
