I'm sorry I can't offer you any help but I was hoping you might be able to help me. I have traced back to a James Bradshaw born 1827, born Prestwich, Lancashire. All the information I have on him comes from the 1891 census, he is then aged 64, a widower and living in Hornsey, Middlesex. All his children were born in different parts of Lancashire and he was an agent to a cotton and woollen manufacturer. Have you come accross a James Bradshaw in your research?
