    3. I have some BRADSHAWS in Weakley County in 1840. David BRADSHAW was in Weakley County from 1834 until his death in 1848. Here is a brief summary of his family at that time. 1 David BRADSHAW (1792 NC?-1848 Weakley Co. TN) m 23 Dec 1816 to Theresa CARSON 2 William Henry BRADSHAW(1818-1891 White Co.? AR) m1 1839 to Mary WRIGHT; m2 to Elizabeth ADAMS (m1 PRESCOTT) in Montgomery Point MS 2 Prudence Ann BRADSHAW(1821-aft 1849 Denton co. TX) mar John K. HENDRICKS (1819 NC-aft 1848 Denton Co. TX) 2 John T. BRADSHAW(1823-1862) m 17 Jan 1858 Searcy, White Co. AR to Frances P. COLEMAN (29 Nov 1831-14 Oct 1879) 2 Belinda BRADSHAW(1826-aft 1851) m 7 May 1846 Dresden, Weakley Co. TN to Thomas J. JOHNSON 2 David Carroll BRADSHAW(1831-1907) mar Emily Frances MEREDITH (3 Apr 1837-1935) 2 James Carson BRADSHAW (7 May 1834 Weakley Co. TN-28 May 1898 Del Rio TX) m E.M. HATCHETT (abt 1841-5 Aug 1861) on 7 Sep 1857 West Point, White Co. AR; m2 on 21 Sep 1865 White Co. to Mary E. HOPE (d 1914 Del Rio TX) I guess what strikes me right now is that there was a general movement of brothers and sisters from Weakley Co. TN, to White Co. AR, to Del Rio TX. There they are. Do they ring any bells?
