March 21, 1771 The Pennsylvania Gazette To be SOLD by the SUBSCRIBERS, A TRACT of about eighty acres of LAND, about 11 miles from Philadelphia, whereon there are a grist and merchant mills, and coopershop adjoining, all of stone; the mill is in good repair, on a good stream of water, known by the name of Pennypack, a good dwelling house, a barn and stables, and good bearing orchard. There are about fifty acres cleared, about five of good meadow, and more may be made. The tillable land extraordinary good rich land for wheat, and the wood land well timbered. The payments will be made easy, and the terms of sale known by JOSEPH WALKER, on the premises, of JOHN << BRADSHAW>> . N.B. The mills will be sold, with about 15 or 20 acres of land, as may best suit the purchaser.
