    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Bradshaw/Simpson in Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/HWF.2ACEB/1242.1.3 Message Board Post: I'm looking for info for my grandfathers parents. They are John Golden Simpson (b: Missouri) and Erra Etta Bradshaw (b: Illinois) who were listed as 58 and 54, respectively, in the 1930 Census for Gentry County, King City, Missouri. His parents are listed as both being from Kentucky, and hers both from Ohio. I don't know anything else about them except that he was probably a farmer, and she went by Etta. They had three children, William Clark (Bill) Simpson (my grandad), Harry Simpson, and Eva Simpson. The eldest, Bill, was born in Island City, MO in 1907. All the children moved on to Oklahoma. I believe my grandad told me that he remembered he and brother Harry riding in a covered wagon with their parents from Tennessee to Missouri. I appears they traveled. I would appreciate any help with this. donnadcarter@hotmail.com
