I know a little about the Taylors, but nothing more on the Pollocks. Fred and Rhoda's daughter Susan was b Nov 29, 1872, Dooly Co, and d Dec 9, 1961, Dooly Co. She married Walter Clinton Brown, b Mar 26, 1868, Dooly Co, d Mar 9, 1940, Dooly Co. He was the son of Abijah R. "Bige" Brown & Louelzia Lupo. Any help on Fred & Rhoda would be greatly appreciated.

MANY DISTINGUISHED GUESTS National Rifles Hall Again the Scene of Terpsichorean Revelry, Where the Young Belles and Beaux of Capital Society Chased the Hours with Flying Feet Until Nearly Morning - Mr. Frank Martin Led the Figures, Assisted by Mr. Capers. The second ball of the Cotillion Club took place last evening at the National Rifles' Hall, and was one of the most enjoyable of the season's events. The decorations for this pleasant occasion were artistic and effective; the windows were draped and curtained with blossom color, the lights shaded with pink, and the walls were ornamented with a tracery of green Southern smilax. The music was furnished by the Marine Band, and late in the evening a supper was served. Mrs. Wilson, wife of the Postmaster General; Mrs. Ramsay, Mrs. Swanson, Mrs. Uhl, Mrs. Blanchard, Mrs. Micou, and Miss Wilson were the ladies of the receiving party. Mrs. Wilson wore a handsome gown of brocaded lavender satin; Mrs. Ramsay light blue brocaded satin; Mrs. Swanson a becoming toilet of black striped brocaded silk, the bodice trimmed with yellow flowers and gold passementerie. Miss Wilson's gown was a girlish one, of which brocade, trimmed with touches of blue. Mrs. Blanchard, deep old rose silk, trimmed handsomely with lace and jet. Mrs. Micou, pink satin with effective trimmings. The cotillion danced late in the evening was led by Mr. Martin, assisted by Mr. Capers.
