The following are the tombstones I found. - MALLETT Cemetery, Stratford, NY This is an old cemetery. Abandoned, by the looks of it. Most of the stones are gone. I imagine they fell & time has let the earth bury them. As one travels east on Route 29A & leaves Stratford, Mallett Hill Road will be on the right. Turn left at the end of Mallett Hill road & in a short distance (not even 1/4 of a mile) one will find the Mallett Cemetery on the left. Partial listing Cora B. PITCHER 1905 - 1992 POLLYS (I couldn't read the rest the rest of the tombstone) Harriet A. Stop travellor as you pass for as you are now, so once was I. As I am now soon you must be (blank) (blank) my friends prepare to follow me - ROUND TOP Cemetery, Stratford, NY: I'm not sure if this cemetery is no longer used, but it is taken care of. When I was there, I did see flower arrangements at some of the stones. Since most of the stones are still in place, this listing won't be in alphabetical order. Rather, the order will be a general west to east tour of the cemetery. This cemetery is located on the left hand (northern) side of the road just outside of Stratford, as one travels east on route 29A & heads for Pine Lake.
