    1. [BRADLEY-L] Greetings from West Yorkshire
    2. Hi Happy Easter to all Transatlantic Bradleys and Bradley-Listers, especially those who sent me welcoming messages when I first queried whether UK Bradleys were relevant to the list. I have a copy of all those messages and am gradually working through them with personal "thank yous". My slowness in replying can be put down, in part, to increasing years, unfamiliarity with internets and mail lists, but also to the fact that "a retiree's life IS a happy (but Very busy) one" [with apologies to Gilbert & Sullivan or whoever]. But I will eventually complete the task. There were no responses to my listing, but I susequently saw someone with Bradleys in Derbyshire - just round the corner in Australia or the USA but in a different galaxy in UK terms. I remember my father once telling me that when he was young, about the first decade of this century, folk from neighbouring villages were referred to as "foreigners". Enough of the 'good old days'. Good luck with all your researches.
