Our James H. Bradley's story is a little different....but, still, similar. James H. Bradley, b. 1856, Lexington, MO, d. Duncan, OK, 1940. 1st marriage to unknown, 2nd m. to Effie Black, 14 Jan 1891 @ Norman. James (Hamilton) Bradley was a pioneer cowboy and cattle man in the (Chickasaw) Indian Territory and a charter member of the Oklahoma Cattlemens's Association, but, later, he also was a partner with his son, Frank Bradley, in a Drugstore business in Duncan and in Noble.
