The following is the content of a letter (1892) which has been in the John Davis Bradley family Bible for a long time, but nobody knows who the sender was or the importance of the letter. It was, presumably, written to John D. Bradley but could have been written, by him, for the people mentioned. [His name being at the bottom] We could use some help, if any of the names or persons sound familiar......John D. Bradley was b. 1837 in Lafayette Co., MO, and d. 1909 near Noble, OK.) He was the oldest son of George W. Bradley and Elizabeth Davis Bradley. John's wife was Claracy Ann Haines/Haynes Bradley. Two of John's siblings have been missing since the Civil War: Charles Bradley, b. 1841, and Colena Bradley, b. 1838.
