I am interested in any information regarding the families of Samuel and William BRADLEY, Yorkshiremen who settled in Wheeling, (W)VA, in about 1838, where they operated a woolen mill. Samuel married Catherine. Their children, James (1838) Sarah (1840) Harriett (1843) William (1845) and Ellen (1848) were born in Virginia. William (1812-1858) married Elizabeth. Their children, Thomas aka Lee (1839-1863) Mary (1841, m John Reid) Martha (1843) Alice (1845 m John Eckhardt) Samuel (1848-1869) Albert (1850 m Emily Carter) Edward (1852) and William (1858) were born in Wheeling, (W) Virginia. Samuel and William were brothers and probably the sons of James. Their wives, Catherine and Elizabeth, were from Pennsylvania.
