Hi all, I really hate to ask for favors, but if there is anyone on this list that lives near either Syracuse, NY or Albany, NY and has easy access to NY marriage records, I'd be very grateful for some help. My great-grandfather, Matthew John Delaney married a Martha Isabel Bradley, in Syracuse, NY. The marriage should have taken place sometime between about 1895 and 1903. If anyone would be able to help, let me know. I will gladly reimburse them for expenses. I understand the state of NY takes 14 months to fill a request for a marriage record lookup!
