Hi Linda, Thank you for posting to the Bradley list. As a mentor of the Bradley list I do have a few suggestions and guide lines which should help you. Most lists have a preferred format which they would like subscribers to use. In the subject line, always put the surname first in capitals, then the first name. Follow this by a date or dates and then by a location or locations. With your posting "BRADLEY Eleanor/TYLER Robert 1700s Va or Ky" would attract more attention. Remember, many people have so much mail they have to be selective. They skim down the subject lines and delete any that do not interest them. It also helps in locating your posting at a later date, when looking through files.
