Will Book 3 pages 96-97 Returned into court the 24th of November 1785 Will of RICHARD BRADLEY......gives and bequeath to my son, WILLIAM BRADLEY, all my land bounded by Henry Wood's line, William Moore, William Lindsay and the new road.....my son JAMES BRADLEY........ to my sons, JOHN and LAWRENCE BRADLEY....to my daughter, ELIZABETH DEAR....aftewr wife's death....to be equally divided between WILLIAM BRADLEY and ANN SHURLEY...give land to THOMAS DEAR...appoint WILLIAM BRADLEY and JAMES SMITH, executors.. this 3rd day of October 1785. (signed his mark) RICHARD BRADLEY In presence of JEREMIAH CHANDLER HENRY MALLORY, LUCY (her mark) MALLORY. At a court held....Thursday 22 Dec 1785...presneted...ROBERT THOMAS and REUBEN LANDRUM, securities...bond in the oenalty of two hundred pounds. Hope this help you a little.
