Am seeking information on my great-great grandmother, Harriet Cabell BRADLEY, who married (Col.?) Pleasant W. MEREDITH in 1813. Their son Henry Travis MEREDITH (who was my great-grandfather) was born in 1834. He lived in Buckingham County, VA, at the time of his marriage to Mary Wootton WALTON of Prince Edward County, VA, in 1867. I do not have any dates except the marriage date in 1813 for Harriet Cabell (Bradley) Meredith. I do know that her husband's death (that of Pleasant W. Meredith) in 1879 is recorded in a family Bible which was maintained by her daughter-in-law, Mary Wootton (Walton) Meredith. Because Harriet's death is not mentioned, I can only guess that she died prior to her husband and probably before Mary (Walton) Meredith began to keep the Bible when she was married to Harriet's son Henry Travis Meredith in 1867. This family (Bradley-Meredith) is a real brick wall for me! Would appreciate any help! Thanks!
