Send your messages to: BRADLEY-L@rootsweb.com > > ======================================================= Richard 1700 We encounter Richard 1700 Bradley while researching for Lawrence 1690 Bradley in Orange Co. Va. His will is found in Orange Co., Va and we learn of some of his children from Orange Co. Va census, tas, and historical records. However, the most informative records are from Wilkes C., N.C. The will of Ann Wisdom, who mothered three wives for Richard 1700 Bradley's sons, provides an amazing amount of information. The wills of John Wisdom, spouse of Ann and Joseph Collins, Ann's father, provide supplemental data. The data are not well organized and continuous , so much research is research required to put the entire story to rest. Because Richard 1700 Bradley named sons very much like those of Lawrence 1690 Bradley whose lines we were studing, it was very easy to confuse the two families. Our error corrected when we learned from Lloyd Bockstruck of Dalles Tx. through our good correspondent Dorothy Bradley Keast, North Lima, Oh. that we had reversed the lines of 1732 son of Lawrence 1690 and Lawrence 1737 son of Richard Bradley on and on there is quiet the research in this line Book simply titled Bradley Researched and Written by Wendell H.
