He was born April 19, 1848 in Poage's Landing, KY and died abt 1919 most likely in WV. All censuses indicate his mother was born in KY. One census indicates his father was born in Ireland and others indicate WV. He resided in Belmont Co., OH in 1880 and Ohio Co., WV in the 1900 and 1910 censuses.
