We have Norton AV that is updated and scanned weekly. We updated and scanned yesterday, Friday. We did not notice any thing out of the ordinary. WHat AV program dicsovered the bug? We want to get to tthe bottom of the problem because having a virus is serious. Another alternative is that the virus contaminated the message after it left our PC. My husband will re-scan the PC after I sent this reply. He is the computer "expert" in the family. Another feature of AOL is that it also has a anti-virus process that monitors traffic going and coming. Although this may not be fool proof, it is another process that should prevent and /or report a virus. Advise if there is a problem with this message. Hope not.
