He was born 1730 in Chanceford Church, York County, PA. He died 1779 in Mecklenburg County, NC He married Mary Lancaster in 1758 They had 4 children: Michael (b 1772), James (b 1762), Thomas (b 1770), and Samuel (b 1766) (I've seen differing info on the # of children - it could only be 3...deleting Thomas) Any info would be greatly appreciated.
