Bradford Researchers........... My system was having some problems with error codes. I'm running a Dell Dimension 4400, XP and so called Dell Tech service. They have now moved to India! After talking for 10 minutes to try to get them to understand my problem and telling them I just wanted to reinstall my XP, the tech said he understood and proceeded to format my hard drive. My quandry is that I lost all my Bradford contacts addresses and needless to say a lot of data. I had made a backup of my genealogy program the day before, but some info I may never be able to replace. I'm asking anyone who has had contact with me in the past about my line below, to please contact me at willhn@flash.net. Am hoping to rebuild my notes. And BTW, make sure you talk to an American when you call Dell Tech. Ecpecially if you're from the South. I'm sure they're fine people, I just can't understand them. Gov Bradford, Wm.
