Hi all, particularly John and Becky, I have this will in my hand right now, well a copy from the archives that I got earlier this week. His will was dated the 20-something of March, 1785 (the 2nd digit of the day was faded beyond recongition) and the will was proven in the May term of 1786 in Granville Co., NC. He lists the following people in his will: Wife Mary Daughters Mary Lovet, Elizabeth Presit (surname faded, looked like "Presit" or "Pruset", going to lookd for a marriage bond for her week), Sarah, Sealey (she may have been the Celah who was married in Granville Co. in 1786 - I'm going to try and find a marriage bond for her this coming week) Songs Philemon, Thomas, Ephraim, Richard, Benjamin, and David Brother Richard I will try to put the transcription online this week. Also, Jack London has this line and he originally was the person to send me information on this line. I have been working to verify information as very little listed documentation, although it pretty much all checks out. I am not sure if he is still on this list. He's not subscribed with the same address and the one I have for him was returned to me saying it doesn't exist.
