    3. BOY!!! Am I pleased as a descendant of Col. John Bradford of Halifax, NC and John Bradford of Brunswick Co., VA to have these results. There is NO paper trail connecting John of Brunswick Co., VA to Richard of Charles City Co. but genetics have confirmed the connection. Results for participant #58679 whose line is: Col. John Bradford/Patience Reed; Halifax, NC Henry Bradford/Sarah Crowell Nathaniel Bradford/Sarah Temple Joseph John Bradford/Mary B. Horton Bynum Horton/Faybelle Scaife and participant #20876 whose line is: Richard Bradford/Frances Taylor John Bradford/Rebecca Pace Nathaniel Bradford/Sarah Green Nathaniel Bradford/Tamar Bartholomew Bradford/Lucy Bailey Nathaniel Bradford/Matilda Bradley Wiley James Bradford/Victoria Teakell James Wyatt Bradford/Francis Rebecca Justice These participants match 25/25. They are both 24/25 with the modal #20875 of this line. The defining marker is (at this point) number 389-1, equaling 32 for the JOHN descendants. The modal number is 31, with three other participants exhibiting 30 at this marker. I haven't determined if the 30 and 31 are distinctive to particular sons of Richard II (Philemon, Thomas, Richard) are just belong to Richard II descendants randomly. Numbers are posted at: http://www.familytreedna.com/public/bradford Under Richard CCC Va.... in Teal... It is worth noting that #20876 and #58679 descend from two different sons of John Bradford of Brunswick Co., so the 32 could possibly show the difference between brothers John and Richard II - where the lines split. With more John participants this can be determined. Interesting......

Here is what I have so far.... Edward Wright was born on or about November 18, 1796 and christened on December 7th or 8th of the same year in Fishlake, Yorkshire. He died in Redford, Michigan about 1884. Edward's Parents were John Wright (born about 1760 in Fishlake, Yorkshire) and Ann Bradford (born about 1764 in Fishlake, Yorkshire). John and Ann were married on March 29, 1785 in Campsall, Yorkshire. John and Ann’s other children may include: Ann Wright (b. November 28, 1785) John Wright (b. March 12, 1788) Samuel Wright (b. July 6, 1790) Francis Wright (b. September 12, 1792) Elizabeth Wright (b. September 14, 1794) John Wright (b. November 30, 1798) Thomas Wright (b. December 15, 1800) All born in Fishlake, Yorkshire. The vast majority of these records, including the birth records for Edward Wright and his mother, Ann Bradford, also reference Moss, Yorkshire. I don’t know if Moss is in or near Fishlake? Any connections?

Not sure exactly when. Seaborn was born in Georgia as was both his parents...names (unknown). The first record of him was his marriage to Hannah S. Warren in Chambers Co., AL in 1855. Later around 1860-1870 they moved to Scott Co. Mississippi. Does anyone happen to know of any Seaborn's in their family that moved to MS.

You can locate this family by going to Scott County, MS., census records are available there. My father in law Arthur Buford, had a brother named Seaborn also, GGgrandfather Timothy's father was named Thomas Bradford, and yes they lived in Alabama prior to that and in Georgia before that. If you need any further help, you can contact me. Would love to swap info with you.
